WHITBY MORNINGS When I was 7 or 8 years old we used to go to Whitby for our annual 2 week holiday. We stayed in a b&b in one room, all together. My mam and dad, my sister Christine and me, Every morning my dad would wake me up early and we'd walk down to the fish market and watch the trawlers coming in with their catch. We'd have a cuppa from the tea shack and my dad would have an early morning ciggy. Looking back, it was such a special time for me. Just my dad and me being together, not doing much or saying much. Precious stolen moments.
